A - Yes & No!
The tyre Industry claims that "permanent repair" refers to a tyre repair that is permanently attached to the wound area by means of adhesives and/or vulcanization.
Although Ultraseal's repair/clots are positive secure repairs that remain air-tight for the life of the tyre, Ultraseal is not a glue or adhesive.
The proprietary formulation is designed to bleed air and Ultraseal if a tyre has received major structural damage, therefore for safety reasons the permanency of an Ultraseal repair/clot is contingent on the integrity of the tyre.
